We read their contract so you don’t have to

These numbers come from a real, signed agreement with a national door-knock pest company, April 2026. Ours are from this website.

Their standard agreement

  • $60/month, exterior-only — about $720 a year
  • 5–7 visits a year (every 50–80 days)
  • 12-month lock — $199 charge to leave early
  • Price can rise 10% every year after the first term
  • German cockroaches not included
  • Mosquitoes not included
  • Mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver

The Totalnix agreement

  • $119/quarter, inside and outside — $476 a year
  • Every visit treats the interior too, not by special request
  • Month-to-month — leaving costs $0
  • The price on this page is the price
  • Every roach species included
  • Add mosquitoes, or bundle everything for $139/month
  • No arbitration clause. If we’re wrong, hold us to it

And we’ll show you our full agreement before you sign anything.

How it works

1

Check your ZIP

Tell us where you are and what you’re seeing. You’ll get an exact price, not a callback.

2

Pick your plan

One service or the full bundle. Month-to-month either way — the plan has to keep earning you.

3

First visit inside 48 hours

A licensed tech, inside and out. You get a written report of exactly what was found and applied.

Four services. One truck.

Everything a Florida home actually needs, delivered by the same tech on the same visit rhythm.

General pest

Roaches, ants, spiders, silverfish — barrier outside, crack-and-crevice inside, on every visit.

Lawn bugs

Chinch bugs, mole crickets, fire ants, grubs — the insects that quietly kill St. Augustine lawns.

Mosquito

21-day barrier treatments March through October, so the backyard stays yours all season.

Rats & mice

Exterior bait stations, interior traps when there’s activity, and honest exclusion guidance.

What we don’t do: termites, bed bugs, and wildlife. Those need specialists, and we’d rather point you to a good one than sell you a bad fit.

If they’re back, we’re back.

Pests don’t follow schedules. If anything covered by your plan shows up between visits, we return within 48 hours and treat again. Free. No visit fee, no fine print, no debate.

Questions, answered straight

Is the price on the site really the price?

Yes. The published price covers typical single-family homes in our service area. Very large properties (over about 4,000 sq ft) or severe existing infestations may need a custom quote — and if that’s you, we’ll say so before any work, not after.

Am I signing a contract?

No lock-in, ever. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel with a text. No cancellation fee, no “discount clawback,” no 12-month term.

Do I need to be home?

Not for exterior work. Interior treatment happens on every pest visit when you want it — most customers are home for the first visit, then leave us a gate code.

Is it safe for kids and pets?

We use EPA-registered products, applied to targets rather than broadcast, and your visit report lists exactly what was applied and where. If anyone in your home is chemically sensitive, tell us and we’ll plan around it.

Where do you work?

Tampa Bay and Orlando metro ZIP codes. Enter yours above — if we’re not there yet, you can join the waitlist and we’ll tell you honestly when that’s changing.

What about termites or bed bugs?

We don’t treat them, and we won’t pretend to. Both need dedicated specialists. If an inspection turns up either, we’ll tell you and point you to someone good.
