These terms cover using totalnix.com and our text-messaging program. The pest-control work itself is governed by the service agreement you review and sign when you become a customer.

Totalnix is a residential pest-control service operated by Totalnix LLC, serving Tampa Bay & Orlando.

Quotes and pricing

The prices on this site are our real published rates, not teasers. Your quote is based on the information you give us and is confirmed with you before your first visit. Plans are month-to-month — no long-term contract and no cancellation penalty.

Text-messaging program

By submitting the quote form with your mobile number, or by verbally agreeing on a call with our office, you consent to receive service-related text messages from Totalnix — quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, and post-visit summaries. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message frequency varies with your service activity.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• How we handle your number and consent is covered in our privacy policy — short version: it is never shared with or sold to anyone.
