“Nothing to hide” applies to your data too. Here’s everything we collect, why we collect it, and what we’ll never do with it — in plain English.
What we collect
When you request a quote or join the waitlist, we collect what you type into the form: your name, mobile number, email, street address, ZIP code, and the pest issues you select. If you call or text us, we keep a record of the conversation so the next person who helps you has context. The website keeps ordinary server logs to stay working and secure. That’s it — no ad trackers, no data brokers.
How we use it
To price your quote, schedule and perform your service, send the messages described below, bill you for service you’ve agreed to, and meet the record-keeping rules that apply to licensed pest-control operators.
Text messages
When you submit our quote form or verbally agree on a call with our office, you opt in to service-related text messages from Totalnix: quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, and post-visit summaries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts never affects your service.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with — or sold to — anyone.
What we never do
We don’t sell your information. We don’t rent it, trade it, or hand it to marketers. We don’t blast the list with promotions. The quote form says “no spam, no list-selling” — this is the page that makes it binding.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that make the business run — our messaging platform (to deliver texts), payment processor (to bill you), and scheduling tools — and only the minimum each one needs to do that job for you. They aren’t allowed to use your data for anything else. We’ll also disclose information if a law or court order requires it.
How long we keep it
Lead and customer records are kept while we serve you and for as long as pest-control regulations require afterward (Florida mandates retention of chemical-application records). Want your info deleted? Ask, and we’ll remove everything we’re not legally required to keep.
